Returns & Refunds

All Pompon piñatas are handmade and custom-made to order.

For this reason:

• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made items once an order has been confirmed and paid.

• Custom orders cannot be resold or reused.

If a significant issue occurs due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect name, number, or agreed size), it will be corrected in accordance with our Custom Orders & Policies.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
